About Our Founder

Brendan Cutler, the founder of Cutlers Diesel Performance, began tuning, maintaining and upgrading Diesel vehicles as a 4WD enthusiast in his younger years, and he has since transformed this passion into a high-tech diesel-specific workshop with 7 employees, both qualified, apprentices and office staff.

We specialise in upgrading the performance of your vehicle, including ECU/TCU remapping, turbo and intercooler upgrades, dyno tuning, pump, and injector upgrades, clutch, exhaust and automatic transmission upgrades, all mechanical repairs and servicing and much more.

Brendan has provided what others in the north haven't with his new, modern Diesel Specific workshop on over 4000Sqm, twin entrance, drive around semi-truck access, large inground Twin retarder 4WD Dyno in a Concrete walled 90 Sqm Specific Dyno Bay, large washdown bay and much more. All these areas provide a more efficient experience of your vehicle from when it arrives to when it leaves.

With Brendan being the lead Member of the team, he will be the face or voice that will take you through your journey from start to finish. Brendan is very big on before, during and after sales service. His highly experienced staff work with him on the floor to get your vehicle in and out, working with your time frames ensuring the job is done right.

Cutlers Diesel Performance's CARBNTAX drag car has also achieved a first for the north owning the current Australia's fastest 4 CYL vehicle. this Timely and costly project has given the staff even more experience that is passed onto your vehicle's diagnosis and upgrade.

With Brendan having dual trade qualifications and 3 qualified Mechanics on the floor his apprentices are strictly trained and provided with the skills and knowledge to provide the best service. Cutlers Diesel Performance is a family-owned and operated business, and Brendan is a born and bred proud Townsvillian.
